Please create a dedicated mailing list for users and contributors in Ecuador.

This can be named:
fedora-ec

Description:
Mailing List for discussions and collaboration between users and contributors to the Fedora Project from Ecuador.

Hi Jhoanir,
your request is following many requests we had in the past, but are there so many contributors in Ecuador or can you just use a LATAM channel as you all speak Spanish except Brasil?
We are trying to unify contributors to improve sharing of ideas and best practices. What do you think?

PS: I am not sure why you add me and Nick in this Infra ticket ;)

@jhoanir I recommend you to create a telegram group of Ecuador contributors, It's working for Brazil and LATAM.

I am pretty sure that @robyduck will agree with mailing list creation after you have a good amount of contributors

So, the list is not required for now in favor of the latam channel + telegram group?

If it is, please reopen and we will get it setup.

Normally when we make users lists like this we use the country code.

So, is 'ec-users@lists.fedoraproject.org' ok for the list name?
And I assume you still need/want it?
