I found that this month around Feb 03 commit notification emails stopped showing change difference. I just had a look at scm-commits list emails after many days and all I found is just link in every email to the change diff on src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ which makes all those emails not that useful.

I am not sure when this Change was decided but I will request to bring back the actual difference in the notification emails.
