I might be blind, but it appears that I cannot delete page in Wiki. Even if I accept that, I don't understand, why I am not able to delete page in my user space.

Yes, this has never been allowed.

Well, I created this page:

I made some mistake, so I thought lets start from scratch. I remembered that I should move it to archive, but the move to archive created this redirect:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Archive:Vondruch/Draft_RawhideGuidelines?rd=User:Vondruch/Draft_RawhideGuidelines

Now I cannot create the same page again ...

BTW I am referencing the page here:

https://pagure.io/packaging-committee/issue/744

therefore I still (again) need it. It would help if the "Archive" version was removed for this moment.
