Phase I

  • Software: RATS
  • Advantage for Fedora: RATS sends fedmsg messages asking some test systems to re-run an test they already ran after performing some checks (including if that request for re-run was already asked shortly before). This allows one integration piece for all the places that would like to re-trigger tests (bodhi, pagure, CLI?) and all the test systems we have (Taskostron, AtomicCI, OpenQA...)

While the need for something to re-trigger test runs is still there and even increasingly with the rawhide packages gating initiative, I think at this point this RFR is deprecated.
Going to close and we'll open a new one if needed when we look at this question again.
