we talked about doing this some the other day, but there was some concern that it might kline some of our bots (that are in many channels) and it wouldn't help too much as freenode has been klineing the spammers pretty quickly anyhow.

If the spammers get worse or keep coming or freenode doesn't kill them very fast we can revisit.
