I forked src.fp.o/rpms/dracut some time ago to provide a small patch via a merge request to dracut (fork has been deleted meanwhile). Today I had to learn that this made me the default assignee in RHBZ for dracut: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1497444#c14 Even ticking "Reset Assignee to default for component" kept me as default assignee for dracut.
I now manually re-assigned the RHBZ to the correct team, nevertheless I think it should not that easily be possible to hijack bug reports.
From my point of view this is related to issue #6311, because I also had a fork of the kernel package in the past for a merge request of a tiny patch.
This got fixed yesterday in https://pagure.io/pagure-dist-git/pull-request/50 which has been hotfixed in prod and will be part of the next release (likely today).
