Could you please create a FAS group called 'LEAPP' for the LEAPP project ( https://github.com/leapp-to )

We need this FAS group mainly for COPR at this point to have host there project repositories

Initial FAS users for the group:
- evilissimo
- podvody
- mbocek
- jzigmund
