Issue: I think but am not certain that:
http://pkgdb2.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
is stale, but it does not have a 'red banner' to that effect, similar to:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/rpms/nagios/
or
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/packager/herrold/
Request: update the 'readthedocs' site to add a warning, and seek to have it no longer indexed
in #6552
https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/6552
I was advised by @ralph to 'Tag' a filing 'for the factory2 group' -- I do not see how to do this in my view of the form
 for this pkgdb2 is an application just like any other, just because Fedora stopped using it does not mean its documentation should have a big red banner about it.
