Issue: I think but am not certain that:

is stale, but it does not have a 'red banner' to that effect, similar to:

or

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/packager/herrold/

Request: update the 'readthedocs' site to add a warning, and seek to have it no longer indexed

I was advised by @ralph to 'Tag' a filing 'for the factory2 group' -- I do not see how to do this in my view of the form

:thumbsdown: for this pkgdb2 is an application just like any other, just because Fedora stopped using it does not mean its documentation should have a big red banner about it.
