@maxamillion brought to my attention that pdc.stg.fp.o thinks various repos exist that don't actually exist in src.stg.fp.o. This is because the database for PDC is synced sometimes, but src isn't (because that'd be a huge amount of data).
We should probably look at if we can get them to say the same things, so that people can actually test correctly in staging.

Actually staging git repos aren't that large (depending on what you think of as large) and we can in fact just sync them all over. ;)
I am going to do that soon here, but I need to sort out whats involved in syncing pagure db's when prod and stg are different versions.
