#6458 remove project alpine-3.6-x86_64-perl from release-monitoring.org
Closed: Fixed 6 years ago Opened 6 years ago by jenxie.

I made a mistake, I thought since I logged in I would have the ability to delete or edit and delete errors I make to a project I added.

It's a project named 'alpine-3.6-x86_64-perl', now I'm afraid i accidentally messed up Alpine's distro project. Please delete it if someone can.

I was going to create a script to notify me when alpine packages we're updated and found release-monitoring instead, but now it seems that release-monitoring is not for monitoring packages, is this a correct assumption?

Done!

You're correct, release-monitoring.org is about mapping upstream projects to distribution packages, so you can get alerts from it when upstream releases, but right now it doesn't even know what versions are in downstream distributions, just names.

Upstream is at https://github.com/release-monitoring/anitya if you're interested in looking around, contributing, etc.
