It would be nice if the sysadmin-mbs group had rights to sudo run pdc-updater-retry on the pdc-backend host group.

I hear @jkaluza asked @puiterwijk to do this a few times today. Can we give him rights to do it on his own?
I can do this - just want to check first and see if the rest of the infra group is OK with the permissions.
