Today during work on f27 modular nightly, I needed to update pungi on compose host but I cannot tag the build with f26-infra-candidate tag because I lack the "infra" perm

[tmlcoch@branched-composer ~][PROD]$ koji tag-build f26-infra-candidate pungi-4.1.19-3.fc26
ActionNotAllowed: tag requires infra permission

@ausil does it make a sense for me to have the "infra" permission?
