Following the announcement of the new OpenStack SIG, I'd like to request the creation of a new FAS group. Much like the Python SIG, we'd like to reassign packages ownership to the SIG to enable their co-maintainance. Another topic is to allow us to have shared copr so we can experiment things.

@hguemar was the bugzilla account created for the mailing list? I'm seeing in the sync script the following error:
The name openstack-sig@lists.fedoraproject.org is not a valid username. Either you misspelled it, or the person has not registered for a Red Hat Bugzilla account.'
