Error: The repository name "rust-serde0.8" is invalid. It must be at least two characters long with only letters, numbers, hyphens, and/or underscores.

I don't really get it.. Not sure if fedora-infrastructure is right place to file a ticket, but after all it is related.

@ralph it is very weird... Guidelines explicitly allow this and we have packages like llv3.9, llvm4.0..
