as compose-x86-01.phx2.fedoraproject.org is quite busy I would like to request a host compose-x86-02.phx2.fedoraproject.org that we can use for doing the modular composes on. the host should be Fedora 26 with similar specs to compose-x86-01.phx2.fedoraproject.org it could use less ram as the composes are smaller.

Sent in a freeze break request to add the vm.
