There is an PR in releng that would delete the AMIs periodically. https://pagure.io/releng/pull-request/6613

This issue would need a set of AWS token that would have the permission to delete the AMIs.

This key is now available in Ansible private: ec2_image_delete_access_key_id/ec2_image_delete_access_key are the variable names.
