Fedora Packages Search (https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/) doesn't know new packages since migration to "Pagure over dist-git", specific example: partclone → 0 results.
Alternatively: https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/partclone (URL based on old package) leads to redirect to search, finally with no result.
Note that we need this to work to get completion on bodhi working right for new packages.
This seems after looking to be another case of https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedora-packages/issues/289
ie, it's due to packages listening to pkgdb for new packages, but since we aren't using that anymore, it's unlikely to work.
This now fixed.
