#6310 Unable to add user to a project

I intended to add "ngompa" to "rpms/libx86emu" [1], but I got the error message "This user must be in one of the following groups to be allowed to be added to this project: packager".

Tried to add the same user to "rpms/hwinfo" -- same result. The user in fact seems to be in the packager group:
