The Fedora Release Engineering team is updating its scripts for Python3 and per @puiterwijk the python3-cccolutils packageis the replacement for the fedora_cert package in scripts.

I did have to modify it slightly... bodhi-backend02 is a rhel7 machine, so we can't install this there, only 01 (which is fedora based).
