I'm sorry if this ticket lacks details, but please, feel free to ask for additional data. Messages from one user, despite the user being subscribed to the list are being stuck in moderation.

I verified the user's address shows up in the members list. And I see that the member options include 'always accept' but I'm reluctant to tick this option before asking for help here via a ticket..
Can you spot something in this user's posts that would explain why are his posts moderated? Thank you!
I think this is another case of https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/6221 and it's hitting the default 40k message size limit.
@abompard can you adjust this limit for them?
@jhrozek what limit would you like?
Also, is there an upstream issue to add message size limit to the admin interface?
I think the 256kb limit the reporter of issue #6221 requested sounds good to me, thank you.
I think the most confusing part for me was that the reason showed up as "N/A"..
