Pagure expects one update hook and should call it on PR being merged.
We should see if the set-up on dist-git matches the expectations of pagure and if not how to reconcile them.

This question came from a question from @jelbon and this ticket is merely so that we don't forget to look into it (though since the regular dist-git hooks will work on commits it's low priority for now)
