I am able to clone some other repos. E.g. python-hwdata. I should be owner of python-debian and I am a proven packager as well.
I'm having this issue with rolekit as well just now. I assume it's related to the migration of dist-git to pagure.

I recompiled the gitolite config (which took a while, sorry) but it solved this.
