#6228 Use fedoraproject.org email for src.fedoraproject.org email notifications
Closed: Invalid Opened by pbrobinson.

The old pkgdb use to use notifications@fedoraproject.org for emails around pkg changes and other related things. The new pagure instance is using pagure@pagure.io email for notifications. It should be using a fedoraproject.org email address such as the notifications@fedoraproject.org one that was previously used. The src.fp.o and pagure.io instances of pagure are unrelated.

Could you link to one of these notifications?

Could you link to one of these notifications?

New or old? Can't really link to emails though, but I can include some details of email, what details/headers do you need?

The content of an email with header would be fine, or just forward one to me maybe?

Example notif from pkgs/src: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/scm-commits@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/LFZZIWDPZWIS63M5ORH2UYVDGZ7V7VM2/

@puiterwijk that one doesn't seem to have the problem reported here, no?

EG the new package requests come from pagure@pagure.io where they use to come from notifications@

pagure.png

But this project is hosted on pagure.io, it's coming from https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests which you're watching because of you're a member of the releng group.

I'm going to close this as invalid as the notifications are in fact coming from pagure.io.
