#6207 make src.fp.o havea distinct logo

Right now, the top of the new site has a logo reading "Fedora Pagure", with the little snail. In order to make it distinct, this should be "Fedora Package Sources" or "Fedora Dist-Git", and possibly should have its own icon (although that's less important).

Oh, and this should be reflected in page titles, too.
