This user must be in one of the following groups to be allowed to be added to this project: packager

This happens with @ilgrad or @pingou users... So something is broken ;)

Basically, the packager membership isn't being sync to pagure because it doesn't exist so when people log in their membership isn't updated.

I've put the packager group into EXCLUDE_GROUP_INDEX to prevent it from showing up in the front page if people ever give ACL to the packager group in http://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/commit/?id=1dc76e6

Ok this is fixed by creating the packager group in pagure so it gets sync on login
