While voting, i selected 8 for three candidates and 0 for rest and clicked submit. System presented my votes and then I clicked submit again. After clicking submit on the second form, server threw 500 internal server error.
Exact error : "The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

I managed to find out which server handled your request and I believe to know what is the cause, it appears isolated to this server, so I've taken it out of the loop so to speak (it will no longer handle requests until I can get it fixed).
As a result, your vote was NOT entered into the system, so please feel free to recast your ballot.

It seems the app can survive without the server in question, might as well close it.
Thanks for the original report it was a massive help and a case of 'better finding out about it now than later'.
