The data migration is lasting longer than expected, it's still running at 15:20 UTC. I'm keeping an eye on it, but there's no way to have progress on the currently running SQL query.
The outage is now over, I'm rebuilding the cache in the background to speed up the UI, but it's functional. The data migration took around 33 hours, while my two tests on staging both took around 12 hours :-/ I think it comes from the large difference in workload between the staging and the prod DB servers. My apologies for this bad anticipation, I'll take it into account next time.
