Problem: In Ask Fedora > Profiles > email subscriptions, I have a bunch of subscription tags, and the email subscriptions for them is set to instantly. But I never get an email for the original question. I only get an email when someone comments. I'm expecting an email for any question tagged with any of my subscribed tags.

This is the raw email message I received based on my subscription. I did not receive an email prior to this, i.e. the original question. I only got this once someone commented to the original question.

Would you be willing to file this upstream?

Has something changed, reboot or version update? Because I just got an email, which for the first time is for the question itself, rather than a comment.

We applied regular rhel6 updates and rebooted, but not askbot update anywhere.

I only have a single data point, which was the email notice from yesterday, so I can't definitively answer the question. And no hits on the user@ devel@ questions if anyone else is experiencing this so I don't even know if it's an account specific problem.

It's not fixed. Also what seems to be happening is I don't get an email notification for follow-up comments from the original party. I do get such email notifications for follow-up comments from others.
