I'm seeing up pubmirror3.math.uh.edu (129.7.128.191) alongside my other two mirrors to hold just Fedora and EPEL. I will obviously seed it from my other mirrors but I would like for this mirror to be able to sync directly from dl-tier1 so that it can be up to date even when the other mirrors are blocked downloading huge updates to secondary or alt.
