Hello!
I have deployed the bodhi-2.9.0-0.0.beta build to staging for testing, but I cannot run the prod → staging sync script. It is currently hanging on getting the DDL lock. I'd like to get this tested in the next day or two (I know tomorrow could be busy) if possible. If it's easier, turning off BDR on staging would be fine, especially since I often can't log in to staging with BDR enabled since Bodhi doesn't support BDR yet.
This appears to be resolved today. Thanks to whoever fixed it (Patrick?)!

I may have spoken too soon. I had been able to run the db sync script (which hadn't worked before), but then I am unable to run a Bodhi migration, with the error message "No peer nodes or peer node count unknown, cannot acquire global lock".

There is more detail about what I am trying to do in this comment:

I think this might be due to @puiterwijk having disabled BDR on bodhi2 db for now?
@kevin I think we can close this issue for now. I'm not sure why it was happening at the time, but yeah the current state I think is that it is disabled. I also filed #6158 to track the work that is needed to get the sync script working again.
