I'd like to change the main contact of pdc-client[1] to pdc-dev-list@redhat.com.

Background is we want the bug create in bugzilla product Fedora and component pdc-client to assign to pdc-dev-list@redhat.com as default. Someone told me that this need change the fedora packaging database.
Do you just want the list to get bugzilla emails? Or do you want this to be a full pkgdb group:

@ryang What sort of group do you need here? Just something to get assigned to bugs? Or also one that lets you add/remove maintainers to give them commit access? (see above link for pkgdb groups)
