We should update Bodhi's site_requirements setting to use the new values that @kparal made the defaults in Bodhi 2.8.0:100:

@kparal, we are in a freeze that is scheduled to end on 2017-07-12. Do you think we should ask for a freeze break exception to make this change, or can it wait until then?
