To deploy (and even develop) services which should be talking to Module Build Service, we need OpenIDC service account. This has been discussed with @puiterwijk some time ago who said this has to be implemented in OpenIDC server at first and said he plan to do that in F27 timeframe.
This issue is here to track this Factory-2.0 request as something we need for services we plan to deploy to build parts of F27.
This is starting blocking us slowly, because we would like to start deploying On Demand Compose Service (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Factory2/Focus/ODCS) soon and to make it useful to other tools, we need this service account.

is there a reason to track it here as well? (IMHO, multiple tickets tracking the same thing result in confusion).
I'll close this in favor of the upstream issue. Re-open or file new ticket if there's anything for us to do.
