Still borked AFAIK, moving to F11

I just realized that there might be some security considerations to make about rendering SVG files on our servers - it might be a good idea to make sure that SVG files can't include arbitrary resources and such :-)

This seems to be enabled now via rsvg, although it's definitely a bit buggy (due to rsvg). Note that we still haven't looked at possible security issues. I know that mediawiki runs a special patched rsvg to prevent an SVG file from reading local files and stuff.

This might be done already, actually. Ian sent in an SVG today that got converted to PNG. Closing this for now, reopen if it's still not done.
