I've been trying to run Bodhi's staging sync playbook today (the one that copies the production data to staging), and it is hanging on the step that deletes all the tables in staging because it's waiting on the DDL table lock.
Patick told me there was a known issue with BDR in staging, but I've not been able to find a ticket specifically about that. Feel free to close this as a dupe if such a ticket exists.
We got this sorted out yesterday.
