Trying to change the settings leads me to libravatar.org. I have created a login on there that matches the email address I use for fedoraproject.org but it doesn't seem to change the avatar on the ticketing site on fedora pagure (pagure.io). Note, libravatar.org doesn't seem to have a way to "confirm" the email address. Not urgent but I thought I'd ask.

You need to login to libravatar.org with fedora openid so it sets up the login as your @fedoraproject.org one, not the address you have in fas.

Go to the login, click on openid, then type in 'yourusername.id.fedoraproject.org' enter your info and accept the info you send to libravatar and set things there.

Please let us know if you run into any further problems with it.

I did as you said but the avatar still doesn't change. I did in fact login with openid and used .id.fedoraproject.org and set an avatar in there. I even logged out and logged back into pagure.io and the avatar is still unchanged.

There is also caching involved which may take a little while
