(Disclaimer: I didn't find FAS on pagure and have no idea where to post this.)

Is there a specific reason for FAS supporting only one SSH key?

Are there plans to change this functionality to allow multiple keys per account?

You can actually upload multiple keys.
Just append them in the same file, and upload that file, just like a normal authorized_keys file.
