Currently the patterns in the post-receive-alternativearch dist-git hook can catch ExcludeArch & co additions and changes in the spec file, but not a clean removal. For example there was no email about http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/assimp.git/commit/?id=729f8f8b79013421ae666eaecbb3c026645faf9f
