I wish to establish a new group named '''cloud-init''' with powersj (me) and blackboxsw as admins.

Myself and folks behind the cloud-init project would like to start build and host cloud-init rpms using the copr system directly and in order to more easily collaborate we would like a group created to coordinate those activities.
