Jes is a former Red Hat employee that has his FAS account tied to his rht email address. He has forgotten his password and cannot reset it due to his rht email address now being defunct. He would like to set the email address on his FAS account to his gmail address.

They don't have a security question or GPG key set, but they have an SSH key. Do they still have access to the SSH key attached to their account?
If yes: please ask them to ssh into fedorapeople and create a file "accountrecovery" with the link of this ticket as contents.
Jes thinks he has the key at home. He'll read this ticket and do what you ask when he gets there.
Jes actually found a backup of his old account info and is all set now. Thanks for being so responsive originally and sorry for the noise.
