Given the fact that koji has restriction on tag names, it's perfectly fine to name it just "build-deps" and "build-deps-btstrp" or something like that. (thanks @jkaluza)

I think we should use the full names here as originally proposed ("common-build-dependencies" and "common-build-dependencies-bootstrap").

Even there is bad design decision in pdc-updater which breaks building of the modules with longer names in Koji, we are going to fix that early this week and it would be wrong to use short names just because of that.

Tomas Tomecek has kindly agreed they will just build things locally (where the long name works properly) and I will inform him when we will have to fix deployed.

Will hold off on creating any repos until I hear more from @jkaluza.
