I need to be in at least 1 non cla-* group to edit the wiki and add a page with my GSoC project proposal, as outlined here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/GSOC_2017/Student_Application_Process#Supplemental_Application_Materials_on_the_Fedora_Project_Wiki

Note that the page you referenced says " If you can't edit the wiki (see next step), email Brian (bex) Exelbierd, the primary administrator with your FAS ID and request access. ".

Brian Exelbierd will take care of your access to a group to be able to edit the wiki, so please email him.
