Update: It seems to be a different problem after a deeper look.

These steps should fix the problem:

sudo yum install swig
sudo easy_install M2crypto

Well, we prefer to install the packaged versions of things if at all possible.

This would be the m2crypto and swig packages?

OK, then let's start with swig. I'll verify how/if it works, then we'll see...

swig-3.0.11-1.fc25.x86_64 was already installed on the f25 builder.

ooooh. I see. You ran this on the f25 ppc64le builder. It also has those packages, but perhaps this is pp64le specific?

I am not sure. I limited the subsequent builds for fedora25 only (which says 2 nodes) but it failed, too.
