As per FAmSCo meeting today we are moving all discussions and notifications to the ambassadors ML.

The FAmSCo ML should be set to private at this point, to have a place where FAmSCo can discuss topics which should not go directly to the public.

ok. Done. I set the list to not show on the list of lists, and set it's archives to private and subscriptions to require confim and then ack by a moderator.
