So, the problem was that the badges fedmsg listener was stuck. ;(
So it wasn't awarding anything. Normally most things are awarded right after they happen (like koji builds). There's some few things that are daily cron jobs (awarding badges for 1 year, 5 year, having a libravatar, etc).
I've cleared up the issue and it's processing it's backlog now. You may need to do one more build for it to notice all the ones you have done in the past, but it should otherwise catch up before too long.

If it hasn't awarded you them, you can open a badges ticket and ask one of the admins to manually award them to you.
