Please consider adding fr2.rpmfind.net (https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/site/105) to the tier1 mirror list. This mirror is located on the educational/research network in Lyon, France (RENATER), with 1GB bandwidth available on IPv4. It provides fedora-enchilada, epel, and fedora-secondary content. I am the sysadmin contact for this mirror (fabrice@bellet.info).

Since 26_Alpha is available in the fullfilelist, rsyncing this specific directory from 195.220.108.108 fails with a "Permission denied" error:

$ date

$ rsync -q dl-tier1.fedoraproject.org::fedora-buffet/fedora/linux/releases/test/26_Alpha/

Try fedora-buffet0 for the rsync module
