The migration of drpm to the RPM GitHub was never properly completed. Consequently, we're missing all the git tags for released versions, and the tarballs for them. Can a copy of these things be provided so that the migration can be completed?
I've placed the bare git repo and the releases in:
https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/infra/hosted-content/drpm/
