I believe that docker-registry.stg.fedoraproject.org is served only by docker-registry01.stg.phx2.fedoraproject.org. I've since provisioned a docker-registry02.stg.phx2.fedoraproject.org and it shares a gluster volume with the first host. Thus, the second host is ready to be load balanced with the first.

This is in haproxy and since we only have stg so far in a staging conditional.
