That would probably indicate broken cookies. Please clear all cookies for pkgdb and staging Ipsilon you have.
Hm, I just tried clearing all cookies and got the same failure. I also tried a secondary browser and got the same failure.
Yeah, I can confirm I see the same thing here... even after clearing cookies. ;(
