The commopsbot / commopswatch filters emits a lot of notifications, but some of these could probably be reduced to keep the channel more readable.

<commopsbot> fedocal.meeting.delete -- kparal deleted the "Fedora QA Meeting" meeting from the "QA" calendar https://apps.fedoraproject.org/calendar/meeting/5233/
I think adjusting these filters to remove the above notifications should make the channel a little easier to parse for humans.
I think attached patch should fix the commops rules requested above.
